Perhaps what you are asking for is a general timing for when our bodies don't bleed as much - which is after the Full moon and before the New.

And watch for Moon Void of Course times - they are not necessarily a good thing to have occurring during a critical procedure. A good astrologcial calendar will tell you when these periods are - there are west coast times and east coast times printed on the calendars.

If the procedure starts before the V/C begins, that's ok. The event started *before* the shift and that's the critical bit.
