If a person eats non veg or drink alcohol ,can he perform puja to god in the eveining.......if not should he take headbath before doing puja or the simple bath is enough?

if the man drink and eat non veg den GOD have no problem
coz its his wish to eat
and about puja
its also his wish ,if he want to do ot not
