Plus one partile stellium compoused by Venus, Sun, Mars, Uranus and Mercury at 9 house.
Note: Saturn is retrograd, conflictued, falling, in square with the stllium's planets and rulling the 12 house.

Saturn in 6th house means big trouble at work.
Moreover, Saturn in Cancer is bad thing. You have had a very troubled childhood and you are not good with expressing yourself emotionally. In the years to come, you may even detach yourself emotionally. The good part of it is that you can handle almost any problem very calmly. After 30, you will become a very strong character.
You will probably work very hard for many years before things get better.
