It's called being born on the cusp. An astrologer could, given the exact location and time of birth, figure out which house you belong to.

I was born on a cusp also, between Capricorn and Aquarius. Most horoscopes show me as an Aquarius, and those casts tend to fit me better anyway, so an Aquarius I am. (the dawning of the Age of Aquarius helped also)

But I don't take it seriously.
