It Is ruled by saturn too? does this mean aquarius can appear serious or less emotional?

traditionally, all the planets (except sun/moon) ruled two signs, and if you took a mirror and set it between aquarius and capricorn you'd see saturn ruled both of them, jupiter the two signs to either side, then mars, then venus, then mercury, then the sun/moon. There's a symmetry there that I don't feel should be junked. Uranus takes seven years to move through a sign, neptune fourteen, pluto anywhere from fifteen to thirty. Saturn takes 2-1/2 years, jupiter one year, the rest two months or less. If you have a question, do you want to wait seven years for an answer? Fourteen? Or does 2-1/2 years sound about like the limit of your patience? I think saturn should be used for "day-to-day" questions for aquarius, uranus only for long-term stuff, if then.
