I had plenty of visits from spirits. The first one that I could remember was when I was six years old. I lived in a house and my brother was a new born. Every time my mom walked downstairs to get his bottle, there was a white light that appeared that appeared under my bedroom door. As soon as the light appeared the door knob would start turning back and forth slowly. I got so scared every time I'd pick my brother up and crawl under the blankets until my mom walked up the stairs again. Every time she started walking back up, everything went back to normal. This went on for two weeks until I told my mom. I waited to tell her because I thought she'd think I was crazy or lying. After I told her that incident never happened again.

Years later my family moved into an apartment. My sister and I would hear footsteps and see shadows of a little girl walking back and forth and playing. Then we started to hear a woman's voice calling our names whenever the room was quiet. On time, I went to bed upset because I thought I made my mom mad. I was so upset I started to cry. While I was crying I felt a hand that kept brushing over the top of my head and face. When I got up and looked there was no one there. There was also a time I heard a noise at the end of my bed. It sounded like someone threw a glass on the floor. When I looked nothing was broken, nothing was there. There were plenty of times when I was in the shower or my room and my door would open slowly. Even after I'd put things against the doors.

I'm not the only one that experienced things like that. My friend told me that her father was murdered early afternoon in her old country. He usually came back every day at the same time. On the day he was murdered the door he usually walked in opened up. She said they heard things moving around in the kitchen. When they called his name they heard him answer. When they went to the kitchen they found no one there. A few hours later they were notified of his murder.
