It is very difficult to find birth time accurately.
But there are some possibilities to find out Lagnam.
To predict one's future Date, Time and Place are very important.
If you know date and place and period of time - (in the morning, in the evening, in the afternoon, at night, like .........) astrologers can fix your time of birth, not exactly.
To find one's time of birth (POB & DOB are known) there must be a lot of cooperation of the asker / client.
It takes a lot of time.
So try to get TOB at your level best. When it is not possible to you, consult an astrologer and give your cooperation. Then he will do the rest.
