Ive seen it happen, and I promise you that it is not a pretty sight. The friends will either fight and get over it and turn on you or they will just turn on you and continue their friendship. And in all honesty, I think that it should be the latter of the two because the old saying goes like this: Family before friends, friends before lovers!!! ALWAYS! So if it is you that is now interested in your "others" bestfriend, DONT DO IT! Just let it go, or tell your other that you like their best friend and see how things go from there.
