Elemental strength in Astrology?!

Elemental strength in Astrology?

It says my elemental layout is: Fire, Earth, Air, Water (6, 6, 11, 27)....what does that mean? like, in comparison to others, like is 27 especially strong or is 6 especially weak?

There are four elements in Western astrology-- Fire, Air, Earth, and Water as you have said. Fire is energetic, air is communicative, earth is stable, and water is emotional.

With your preponderance of Water (that is the astrological term), you are emotional, and tend to respond emotions first before thought. That being said, you have a lot of empathy for others as you know what they are feeling without being told.

When you have more emphasis in one type of sign than another, you'll see bigger numbers in that element. But what is your criteria for figuring up your elements? Do you include just planet placement in the signs, or do you include the important points like Ascendant, Midheaven, Moon's Nodes, Part of Fortune, etc.? It is best to have an even number in each element, and the lack of an element can be important in seeing what that person needs the most (and is most attracted to). For example, I have a daughter with no Air; she is engaged to an Air Libra with his Sun and Moon in Libra.

We often go for the ones who can supply the elements we lack.
