Are there any people here who agree with my Scorpio rants?

I know I've been hard on Scorpios since I started posting on the Horoscope section, but please understand that it is not only about my past experiences with them. I'm actually trying to make a social commentary about how people are. So many people (not all) seem to admire Scorpios because they are driven, ambitious, passionate, sexual, and strong. All of which are self-directed. I don't see that many people here admiring Libras for their balance and diplomacy or Aquarians for their social concerns and humanitarianism. Of course, these are "weak" characteristics that people should shun. I guess this just reveals to me how messed up people are morally. Many people admire intense and mean Scorpios but how many people actually respect a supportive and caring Cancer? Yeah, I think many of you are morally corrupt (yeah, yeah, I'm a self-righteous Leo). But I don't give a crap because I know I am right about this. Anyone here agree with me?

Seigfried76, I hear you. I understand how offensive that must be to your naturally Leo traits of seeking truths and all around honesty.

And yes, many of their characteristics may seem self-directed. However, and this is a big HOWEVER. . .it's those same driven traits that make them wonderful providers for those that they care for. They will claw to the forefront and lead the pack and bear the burden for the family. Do you know what I mean?

They are "controlled emotion" and to a Leo - this is icy, frigid, cold. The lion is warm and tender. But what is offensive to you, is actually a blessing to the Scorp and an admirable quality. Because it's that controlled emotion that holds groups together - families together. They are the one's that keep their heads when things get rough. The are level headed when everyone else is running on high emotions. They are "rocks" for their posse.

I know several female Scorps. Yes, they run the household. But they do a damn good job at it. Yes, they seem cold and uncaring, but it's because they're focused on the primary goal - survival. For them, their families, their loved ones. They bear the sole survival of the group on their backs - and theirs alone. They can't afford to waste time getting caught up in drama or letting their emotions take over. If they do that, then they can't solve the problem. They can't think straight. So it's all business. . .ya' know?

But it's all done not only for themselves, but for their loved ones as well. If you submit to a lady Scorp and you are happy to help her achieve her personal goals. . . .you will be rewarded immensely. But she's rising to the top - with or without you. If you want to be with her - she'll take you there with her.

So you see, that iciness, that detached emotion - it all serves it's sole purpose. And many people end up benefiting from it.

Bet it was that driven ambition, passion, sexuality and strength that sucked you in though, huh?

Come on. . .admit it. . . .

And I don't think anyone's going to admire other signs like Libra and Aquarius for the traits you referenced - simply because no one is shooting arrows at them right now, ya' know?

It's not wrong to have self-directed traits. . .those are survival traits. And Leo, the proud lion, has their very own as well so be careful is all.

You know what they say about Karma, right? She's a b_tch. . .and she is. Whatever energies you throw out there, come right around 3-fold and bite you in the a_s. . . .
