The best site I have found so far is called The Great Mystic Portal. They cover a vast array of Occultic Disciplines, and everything there is for free, from readings to lessons. They seem to know what they are doing, so I think it's worth checking out.
Or else, you can just put into your browser Free Occultic lessons, and you may find sites that will teach you for free.
However, I don't know how good the quality of these lessons will be. Best is to browse around yourself perhaps.
