Super complicated natal chart?!

Super complicated natal chart?

Oh lord, I've got a ridiculous natal chart and I would appreciate some insight/advice.

To start things off, born august 20th 1986 at 1:33pm.
That makes me (as far as I can tell):
A Leo/Virgo Cusp with:
Scorpio Rising
Moon in Pisces
Mercury in Leo
Venus in Libra
Mars in Capricorn
Jupiter in Pisces
Saturn in Sagittarius
and Scorpio in my 12th house.

now, I know a little bit about what some of these mean, and it seems I've got a /very/ intense placement of planets. I would really like to understand myself better, and try to figure out how to overcome some of the problems I struggle with in life.
To top things off, I'm a Fire Tiger in chinese astrology.

Any input is highly appreciated, and if you have astrology knowledge I'm sure you'll agree that this poor poor boy needs all the help he can get.
