Where can I find "Agates"? It's a really cool rock, and special too?

I love Agate too. It's a very pretty stone. You can go to most "New Age" shops, and most of them will have semi-precious stones that you can purchase, and can vary in price depending on the size of the stone. I would try just going and doing some window shopping in some areas that are full of small, quirky boutiques. I have a lot of fun doing that, even if I don't find what I'm looking for.
