Can you describe Aries people to me?

I need to spek to a connoisseur on zodiac signs. I have two questions.

1) I want to know about Aries people, particularly women. Are they all annoying or difficult? I know a relative that is like that and I heard that poeple born in April(early April) are annoying. I do not agree. Can anyone tell me the truth.

2) I am a Cancer. Who would be the ideal woman for me?
