As far as my knowledge goes, you can not interpret by looking at a particular planet and its aspecting houses.
The entire chart should BE STUDIED IN TOTALITY and then only any one come to some conclusions.Because ,there will be actions , and counter actions cancelling them.There will be other factors too.the entire chart is required .The planet in a particular house may do or may not do its activity during its time id Dasa and antardasa in ones life.
Please daily read AADITYA HRIDAYAM.and HANUMAN CHAALISA.
