What does it mean when you have 3 or more planets in 12th house?

I've got Sagitarius in my 12th house as well as: Saturn and Neptune in Capricorn, and Uranus in Sagittarius. I bought an astrology reading, but I didn't understand this bit about the 12th house. Somehow, it seems to me that there was much more to the explanation it gave me. So, if anyone knows...
