I have always thought that Christian fundamentalists were basically fearful people. They give over everything to God and expect to be taken care of. That means they have no individual rights, nor responsibilities, because God will take care of everything.
Then they rant about astrology saying exactly the same thing!
Astrology tells you the future so that you can work with it. "The stars impel, they do not compel" goes the old adage. With astrology you are given a choice about how to handle your world yourself.
If this science was not there for good, to try to help humans to help themselves, then why was astrology or other divination systems made? Humans have the divine gift of intelligence to know and work with their future, making the most of their potential.
