Are we meant to be together?

I was born on Sep/7/1978 in Beijing China, and my boyfriend was born on Nov/20/1978 in Niskayuna, New York. We have been dating for several months. I really feel that he is the one when I look back the time that we spend together. Although I am sure that our feeling to each other are mutual, but we are graduating soon and it is hard to find a job in the same city in the near future. Both of us don't want to deal with long distance relationship. Now, I start to wonder if we are meant to be together? What does the future hold for us? I am getting more worried about it as the graduation is getting closer. Help!
