How many people actually follow it and/or believe in it?
Answers:
More than you would think. For people that don't know how to read the planets. I'll say this: If you don't think the position of the planets has anything to do with you. Does gravity? Or Energy? Or Polarity? Or Thermo Physics for that matter?
If none of these things affect you, then ... you're an alien.
