Hi,
This question would have been easier answered if you asked can ‘we’ break or conquer predictions made in a horoscope. There is so much here to consider. You bring in God who as a divine deity should (if he exists) have the power to change and control everything. You imply that predictions made by astrologers are absolute. Even as an astrologer I have to disagree. One astrologer might interpret a chart differently to another depending on their experience, knowledge of the subject and spiritual/psychological understanding.
Your horoscope or birth chart is a map of your life and the astrologer can help you to navigate the map and make discriminating decisions on the way. The choice I like to believe is up to the individual. I believe in astrology as a tool to help us understand what we are going through. I believe in free will. Now how might a person respond to negative situations? They might just ‘give up’ without a fight. Or they might take action to try to sidestep the negative possibilities. So they will use their free will to effect the change.
