Hey, what does it mean if, in a natal chart, two of the house cusps are at 0 degrees?

In a chart, I see one person had the cusps of the 5th and 11th house at 0 degrees sagittarius and gemini. What would this say about those two areas of life?

No, it's not an equal house system, it's placidus.

That is not unusual, depending on the house system used. The zero degree is important, however. I would assume that the houses of friends (11th house) and romance (5th) would have importance in the life of the person. Probably these things would come first with them. I'd also say, that the signs being mutable (Gemini and Sagittarius), there would be frequent changes of love partners and a wide range of friends.
