My birthday is 20th January 1976
I look in papers n magazines - I can be the end of Capricorn in some and the beginning of Aquarius in others.

The Sun switched into Aquarius at 22:24 GMT(greenwich mean time), and that is in military hours..so it depends on where you were born-north, south, east, west etc to get the correct time. If you were born early in the morning-you're probably a Capricorn. To be considered on the cusp of a sign your chart would need to show that your Sun sign is at 29, or 0 degrees.
