Is it his or her parents who may be too occupied with work or is it the Capricorn, the one who is unable to relax and play?

Its the fate of many Capricorns, to have a deprived childhood, either actual deprivation of a parent, because of death, desertion or divorce, or virtual deprivation because parent/s are neglectful in some way.
However, Capricorns are tough mentally and can rise above it.
