I assume from your question that you are looking for an interpretation of current influences on your chart rather than a basic birth chart interpretation, because there are certainly intense things going on at the moment in your chart.

You have a powerful concentration of three planets in Virgo - your Sun, Moon and Pluto. They are all very close to each other which means that this is a very sensitive point in your chart. When this point is triggered by a transiting planet, life becomes eventful, and this is precisely what is happening.

Since the beginning of last year, Pluto (the planet of transformations) has been hitting this sensitive point in your chart, and will continue to do so until the end of next year. Pluto causes massive and dramatic changes in the life which can be stressful, although ultimately for the best.

Since you are a Virgo, it wouldn't surprise me if the area of work is being affected, especially since Pluto is currently transiting your 6th house of work as well.
