As per astrology books scorpio is from October 24 to November 22 and sagittarius is from November 23 to December 21.A person is said to be born on the cusp of scorpio and sagittarius if he is born between 19th november to 26th November,for such births are either towards the end of scorpio and thus very close to sagittarius or in the beginning of sagittarius and thus close to scorpio.As against that a sagittarius is one who is born necessarily on or after 23rd November and till December 21.Besides a cusp would obviously have some properties of both signs.
