Why are libras so scared to look stupid all the time?? (read on)?

ok my current employer & last one are libras & every time they mess up they dont admitt it because it makes them look stupid?........these are the words that have come out of there mouths i have a real hard time working for this current libra. one day she tells you one thing then the next is something else. shes so needy & does'nt like to take responsibilty for anything. then she always feels shes right. (by the way i know it depends on the entire chart, no offense to the other libras) any one have good advice i can follow

i have'nt had this problem with other employers under a different sign. only the libras. yea m gonna start looking for another job.

Every time I worked for a manager, they'd mess up and not admit it. None of them were Librans. It is a corporate image thing, not a horoscope thing - you don't admit you are wrong because you would lose face and embarrass the company too. The best advice I can give is to look for another job, because the only Libran I worked for was a bad manager who was inconsistent behaviourwise, so I hated working for him.
