Mercury's retrograde in Cancer, what are we up against for the next few weeks????
Retrograde Mercury usually rocks my world, but not in a good way. I don't feel like I can think or talk my way out of a paper bag right now. So, seriously... What flavor of icky communication weirdness & sloth can I expect? What can I do to help the upcoming weeks be more tolerable? I'm a Leo, Pisces/Aries <(long story) rising, & Taurus moon. Thanks.

When Mercury is retrograde as you probably know, be prepared for all kinds of communication breakdowns. Confusion in conversations, delayed letters, disappearing emails, transportation problems, computers breaking down etc. What can you do to get through this period in an easier way? While Mercury is retrograde, focus on private matters left over from the past. Promises made you’ve not yet kept. Jobs half-finished etc. Don’t think about starting anything new. You might plan, organise, think about the future but don’t make a start on these thoughts until Mercury is direct again. Mercury retrograde periods are good for activities beginning with ‘re’. i.e. review, rehash, refine, reflect and re-examine. Pause a while and don’t expect anything to happen very quickly during these phases.
