He told me likes me several times duirng the past 7 months and how much he wants to be with me. Should I take this as him letting me know his real feelings for me? Sometimes his actions confuse me, but he's always reassuring me when I question it. Also, he gets pretty jealous sometimes and a bit possessive, but it's sweet. Should I take these as signs? I really like this guy.

If you're asking about being in a committed relationship most of the time us scorpios have problems with that. He might like you as a person and enjoys your company but he doesn't want to give up his "freedom" to see and date other girls that may come his way. The best thing to do is talk to him and let him know your feelings or else you will live in between wondering if there is something more. Also, if you're already messing around with him, don't go for the "I don't want a relationship because then there's expectations" line. Then that simply means that he wants his cake and eat it too. Be honest, and turn your B.S. alarm on when you talk to him.
