I understand relationships are based on much more than astrology, I am just curious to what kind of relationship astrologers would think they would have--whether it be platonic or romantic. Best for work, friendship, lovers? Distant, rocky, intense, sexy, affable at best?

The rising sign is the mate attraction factor. Fire rising means the fire rising person will be most attracted to fire sign sun persons. Air rising is the same. That part is very cool as you both see each other as beautiful! The next real question is are both venus feminine or masculine? Then are those venus the same element? Mixed gender venus relationships usually have communcation problems. After that, same questions about mercury. Feminine mercury is often not compatible with masculine mercury in long term close relationship. Works well between friends though.
