But, from previous experience with the same situation (except it was my husband and she moved in with us in our new home), you had better get a grip on her now. I think it is best that your boyfriend will stand up to her and put her in her place but if he won't (just like mine wouldn't), you had better make a stand now and let her know that her actions will not be tolerated in your home. Hopefully, she is just testing you and will back down. If not, hopefully your boyfriend will back you up (if not, just like mine didn't), you better insist that she leave your home and go back to her mom's house now and never let her move in with you even if it means giving up the boyfriend. If he won't stand up and back you up now, he never will. I'm sorry, but I have went through this for the past 10 years. Now that she is grown, married and has a child she still tries to manipulate her father to get her way since he has allowed her to do so for so many years. We have went to marriage counseling, separated, fought, started over and over and still it continues. I'm not sure if we still won't end up in a divorce because of her and her continued interference. I wish someone had told me this 10yrs ago and I had listened.
