Taureans are ruled by Venus so Taureans keep the ideals of Love alive and functioning. Taureans are defenders of the down-trodden and are there when you are at your lowest like the Earth is there to catch after a fall. Tough love may be the best word to describe such a hard rescue.
Taureans know that Love is the glue to the fabric of our society that keeps things from coming undone. Taureans aren't the best, but the Love that they nourish, promote and live off of is the Best. Taureans are love oriented and without representatives for love, things would really get messy.
