When I first read your question I thought it will depend on a person's Sign, what they think about Leos and that was your next question! You should get some interesting and varied answers.
Generally Aries, Sagittarius and Leos are compatible because these are Fire signs. They will have a lot of fun together and all are adventurous, active and energetic.
The Air signs Libra, Aquarius and Gemini will enjoy Leo's company and they will have a lot in common. Even if sometimes they find Leo a little domineering.
Earth signs Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn might get annoyed with the way Leo always wants their own way and all can be as stubborn as the other. When there is conflict it will be big.
Water signs Scorpio, Pisces and Cancer might find Leo a little too outgoing, too gregarious, too bossy for their liking.
