Hello. I am a Taurus. My dear friend of 16 years is a Scorpio. Generally, we are not supposed to get along due to being Polar Opposites. However, as our years of friendship keep clocking up, this theory goes out the window.
Not all Taurus people charge with out thinking. We actually take significant time to reach the point where common sense takes the backseat only after being pushed and pushed would we explode and then it is only temporary as we can appologise too. Scorpios can be just the same in the subborn department and they can attack with all the force of a scorpion with venom in their tail with their sharp, cutting words. Again, regardless of your star signs all people have their breaking points and all people can't be generalised into neat catergories.
My answer in brief is yes. They can, they do and some even make a great friend for life. Except when they don't lol.
