In astrology, what does it mean if your north node makes a conjunction to a natal planet?

I have eros(asteroid of erotic love) within 1 degree of my north node, both in pisces. What would it mean to have eros in conjunction to the "north node"?

I believe you are talking about the planet venus if so it would make a difference depending on which house this was for example if this is in your seventh house of marriage I would have to say that your soul mate, so to speak, would most likely be a Pisces rather this person has a Pisces sun or moon. Your north node in Pisces can mean that through your compassion for others you will be able to overcome the criticisims of others. with eros conjuncting this I would say that this is particually true for you.
