Can someone help me intrepret these transits? I have a link to transit chart. Any help at all would be great!?

Transiting Mars in my 7th house is Opposed Natal Uranus and true node in my 1st house and is also in conjunct with my native chiron. Also, transiting uranus in the 5th house is opposed my natal moon, sun, mercury and pluto in my 12th house. Is this bad? Can someone shed some light on what is going on in my life? This is important for me. Any help at all that you could offer would be great! Thank you!
