well as a fellow aquariuan i can tell you it means ur really smart, sociable and sometimes emotionally detached. although my moon is aries and i believe my rising is as well. the scropio basically to me means on the inside, youre quite emotional a bit manipulative and get attached to lovers. good luck dealing with both :)
