I need to know something about the chinese sign tiger behavior is it...?

in the chinese astrology , i kept on reading that tiger like to make conflict with adult , it that true , is it always , and if so give me an example and why do they want people to obey them , but not the other way around , i believe that stupid , who ever is a tiger shame on you.
