wat if that combination is in the bottom rgt hand corner(or south east).of the chart..

also, if a chart has planets in 1 ,4,7 10 houses .

it depends on the sign basically
generaly mars and saturn combination in lagna makes one corrupt in mind, act like stubborn at some situations, have aggressive nature and may cause some trouble in his marriage life...
but if they are in good sign say in capricorn then the results may be positive since 10th is own sign of Saturn and best for mars
so it all depends on signs.
if they are in frndly sign the results are positive else they make a person a culprit.
