I am a Scorpio with Libra rising moon in Taurus and venus in Scoprio, he is a Pisces with Pisces rising, moon in Libra and Venus in Aquarius. What does all this mean, how will we match up?

The only way to know for sure what kind of match up you are is to do a comparison chart where you study the aspects between your respective planetary placements, for example: his venus aspected with your venus and mars; your moon aspected with his mars and venus; your venus aspected with his neptune, and both your sun signs aspected together with everything else. Without doing that, anything else would be just a guess, knowledgeable or not it wont make much difference. From the outline, it would appear there's lots of compatibility, but you wont know the extent of it until you study the compatibility of the aspected influences.
