Hello! i have a sign question, is this combo good?

Ok so i found out recently what my riseing and moon are. "The Only Astrology Book You"ll Ever Need" told me i had a sag moon and a Leo asendent *Which i am a assuming is my rising sign*. The World of Wisdom Program told me I had a Scorp moon, and a libra ascendant. Finaly from a friend's sight it tells me i have a Rising Sign is in 29 Degrees Libra and a Moon is in 26 Degrees Scorpio. Is this good or bad? The sight is http://www.alabe.com/freechart/...
