Im confused about my Capricorn man??

Hi all, Im dating a Capricorn man for the past two months. We have our ups and definitely our downs. I realised that my man likes order and wants things done at a certain way. Of course, being an exuberant and cheerful person, I tend to do many things not to his liking ( Like being outspoken, having my own mind, etc) However, he told me many times, he care lot for me and misses me everytime we dont get to meet.
The qns is if he claims he cares for me..then why is he reserved and cold at times, almost seeming as if Im not even in a relationship with him?
One more thing, he hardly calls me..and only text me me when I make the first move. Does he want to play the chasing game or is he too full of himself to make the move on me?? When I go quiet on him, he'll come looking though.

sigh,,,,i have one of those too...it will be our 30 year anniversary in a week. hes the housekeeper in our house, says i dont do it well enough. he sends roses just because,,,you'll have to remind him about holidays. i chased the dickens out of him when we first got together,,,he just kinda spaced things off. it was always me calling him. we have 4 kids and you will never find a better father. once you get him, you wont be sorry.
