What kind of a boss is a Leo?

I'm just wondering..

I'm a Leo. Most are outgoing and friendly because we like attention. Your boss is in the position where they're looked up to which means that they will usually be in good mood. Leos make friends easily and love having fun. Leos are creative so your work area could be an interesting place. We can be bossy but you'll probably not mind because of the way things are presented - nicely. Most are not rude because we want everybody to love us. We are usually good at most things we try including being the boss. But that just means we have the skills neccessary to be productive and efficient, while making sure no one is antagonized along the way. You usually can't help but like a Leo so I don't think you're going to have a problem.
A word of caution: Did I mention we can be vain sometimes? :) Being the best means best at everything, including looks. So if you're prettier or dress better then a female boss be sure to throw a few compliments to smooth the way.
There are some people that are mean, evil, and just shouldn't be allowed to have any power. But that can be said about any sign. Also, the way Leos are in a relationship and at work are totally different. Someone's perception of a boyfriend or girlfriend Leo may not be the same but don't let that affect you.
