My Sun & Mercury are Sagittarius
My Moon Is Leo
Venus Aquarius
Mars In Capricorn
Why does it seem like Capricorn is dominating my Confidence?
Capricorn is the only sign that is Negative or as I like to call "Conservative" the rest of my personal signs are positive, which I call "Liberal".
So why do I feel over cautious about everything!
I have all this ambition & ideas but It feels all bottled up! Currently, My progressed signs Sun-Mars are all Aquarius except my moon that is Capricorn.

Mars is the strongest placed of all your personal planets. You do not say what house your mars occupies, nor what your rising sign is.
The five personal planets are Sun, moon, mercury, venus and mars. The rest have more of a generational influence.
Cap is far from negative. Mars in capricorn is very goal oriented. It has great tenacity, and it paces itself, so you will have reserves after every one else has given up.
Overly cautious? Do you have a conjuction, square or opposition to saturn from one of your personal planets?
The thing is, the stars foretell, they do not compel. If you currently have a number of trines in your chart, opportunities will be presented, but if you do not act upon them, then nothing will happen. When the brass ring comes around, you have to reach out and grab it!
