Definitely he will have issues, one boy and one girl. Fifth lord Sun is in the sixth house hemmed between benefics Mercury and Venus. Venus occuies fifth and the fifth lord is aspected by Jupiter. No doubt he will get issues. I feel that spermatic motility could be less. Get it checked and take medical measures. The problem regarding issues, is that Mars with kethu aspects the fifth. there could have been abortions to his wife. Rahu Dasha is now in operation from October 2004. Now he is running Rahu Dasha Guru Bukthi till November 2009. Before that he will get a child. Had his wife's horoscope had been sent things would have been more easy. Jupiter is vargothama and Sun occupies Meena navamsa. No cause to worry. However reading ADITYA HRUDYA everyday with a clean mind and more particularly on Sundays very religiously will advance the cause.
