When Sun , Mars , Ketu in the 7th house. in Leo sign...and venus in 9th house what about spouse................

Good and healthy one. Sun in Leo means it is in its own house. Mars in Leo-Mars is Yogakaraka for Leo hence its position in Leo is not bad. Ketu in Leo is also not a big problem because Kethu is considered as "clone" of Mars. There is sloke "KUJA VAT KETU" menaing Ketu produces the results of Mars.
Venus in the 9th (Libra-in its own house) is good. However all depends on the position of Shani.
