whats the difference between ethnicity and nationality and backround!?!? my parents are filipino and i was born in thailand and lived there first 4 years of my life until i came to america!. but when people ask me where im from i tell them im filipino and ask me if i was born there but i told them i was born in thailand so they told me if i was born there thats where i am from correct!? this sounds right because people told me it doesnt matter where your parents are from where you are born is the country of myself!.

Good question, your nationality would be Filipino of course, but just say your Filipino but you were born and raised in Thailand!. Being born in Thailand doesn't change your heritage, just where you were born!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
