When Eru (God, basically) created Men and gave them mortality, death was a gift!. However the lies of Morgoth, the first dark lord, made Men begin to fear death, and to see it as a doom!. Men can escape Middle-earth when they die and move on!. Elves, on the other hand, are tied to the world until it ends, so they cannot escape the world!. Most Men do not appreciate this and are envious of the Elves' immortality!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
