My beloved partner Gwenneth died while I was overseas and her family claimed her remains and buried them in their church's private cemetery under a stone bearing UNKNOWN TO GOD!. When I first visited the grave and saw the inscription one of the relatives mocked us and I wanted desperately to kill her!. What stopped me I will never know!. I broke into the cemetery and spread scarlet poppies over the words!. The only result was that I now have to apply in writing to the church lawyers for permission to visit!.

I write letters !.!.!. very demanding and cheeky letters if necessary !.I write to the head of the company ,, they always hate that and i reckon a cheeky letter is worth the minimum of ￡20 compensation that is the minimum I would reckon if dealing with bank or big companies!.
My compensation has ranged from ￡20 !.!. ￡50 !.!. and the latest was ￡500
I have also got a free fridge , a holiday upgrade , free share dealing , Cheaper insurance, replacement for a faulty computer ,and a better model dishwasher at the same price !.
all these were because companies had poor service and made mistakes , I only write when It really upsets me and i know that the company is being unfair or doing me an injustice !.!. But I always write never phone and it has so far always got a result !. These companies hate letters it costs them time and money , so it is the best way to get them to do their job right in the future Www@Enter-QA@Com

Depends how much it's directly affecting me!. If it's a minor incident, I might let it pass, but if it's going to affect the way I live my life, I don't let up til the issue has been resolved!. My happiness is very important to me, as your happiness should be to you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
