By all means get an HD box, the deal is pretty good right now, but personally I think the subscription cost is far too high for the pitiful number of HD channels available!. My personal suggestion is that you wait!.
Getting yourself a 100hz TV will give you almost as good a picture from normal Sky as HD; plus you can watch anything you want on it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I spent months wandering around tv showrooms, I wanted to see what all the fuss was about!.
I eventually found a place with a demo I couldn't believe my eyes, it was no better than my own picture on my new tv!.
The salesman came over and asked if I was interested, I said I had been but after seeing this demo it was a complete waste of money!.
He tried to convince me this picture I was looking at was the best !. I looked at it again and also looked at the working tv next to it wasn't HD , no difference at all!.
The only way to decided is to find a demo (difficult to find in UK) and check it out yourself!.
Do not just buy the box and commit yourself to an extra ￡10 a month in the hope it will be brilliant, it's not!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think its great as long as your TV can handle it!. (Full HD TV)
Sky is always adding more HD channels!. I have had sky HD now for about 6 mnth and got regret it at all!
All my fav!. programmes I can watch alot better now!.

I don't think it's worth the money!. You pay a lot extra and unless you have a VERY KEEN eye for detail, you'll wish you spent the money on something else!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
there's not many HD channels at the momeny, i would wait till there are a few more!.
