Ive turned 16 today!. Can i get an I!.D so i can get my lip peirced!?

Passport or provisional drivers license is probably your best bet, just go down to the post office and ask for an application form!.

Go to the DMV!. In IL, it's like $10 to get an ID issued!.
You MIGHT be able to get your lip pierced with parental permission if your mom or dad goes with you!. But getting the ID doesn't take to long, When I got mine, I went to the DMV and walked out about an hour later with it in my pocket!. I know I said it doesn't take long, but keep in mind that your at the DMV!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
